Yes! Although, it will depend on my availability. If you send me your details in the Contact section of this website, I will review and see if I am free. If I am, first I would like us to meet to see if I can fulfill your vision and meet your expectations. If that all lines up then we will create a contract, you place a deposit and off we go!

How do I go about hiring you to be my planner?

Please complete the Contact section of this website. I will review the details and if I am available, the next step will be for us to meet and determine if I can fulfill your vision and meet your expectations. If we are a compatible team, I will draw up a contract with a deposit required upon signing and then away we go! The fun will begin and all the stress will dissipate. I promise!

Why don’t you have your pricing for your services listed?

I have set pricing for full planning, partial planning and day-of coordination but I always like to meet potential clients first so I can understand their needs and determine what planning services would work best for them. I can assure you that my pricing is competitive with the market and I am able to accommodate most budgets. The key is whether I can fulfill your vision and meet your expectations.

Do you have decor rentals?

Yes. I do have a small inventory of decor items that are available only to my clients for a flat fee. I don’t rent out my inventory to anyone else. I should also mention, if I don’t have what you want for decor items and we can’t find a vendor who rents it, I can always build it. I’m pretty handy.

Do you take kick-backs or commission from vendors?

No. Absolutely not. As outlined in the WPIC Code of Ethics, I will never take a finder’s fee, kickback or commission from a vendor for a referral. Any vendors I refer to you are based on their talent, merit and style that fits with your theme.

My venue has a venue coordinator? Why do I need to have you, too?

The venue coordinator is the on-site representative for the venue. They represent the venue and I represent you. The venue coordinator has in-depth knowledge of the venue, layout, staffing and food. I would work closely with them to help bring your vision to reality. I am responsible for all the details of the entire day and ensuring everything runs smoothly; all the various vendors, the scheduling, the ceremony, the decor, the timing, and the clean up. The venue coordinator looks after all the aspects of the venue. I enjoy partnering with a venue coordinator since they are experts on their venue and can answer questions on layout, decor and food service.
